Shipping Information Policy
Please allow at least 3 working days from order to despatch date to allow us to work our magic.
Your order is shipped with Parcel Force on a next day service boxed delivered straight to your door with tracking.
Postage cost is £10.00
If you require a balloon for a Saturday please arrange for a Friday delivery as deliveries on Saturdays are not guaranteed. Deliveries for Mondays will be sent on Fridays and may arrange early depending on courier but not guaranteed for Saturdays.
Courier delays are out of our control, your balloon will float for a good week to 2 weeks depending on position its displayed. For longer float times keep out of direct sunlight.
Pick Up Collection Service
We are based in Thetford and offer a free collection service by arrangement only. If you wish to collect your balloon please purchase your balloon and select the collection option, please make contact with us to arrange.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to nature if product returns are not accepted, if you have a issue with your balloon please contact us as soon as delivered to resolve the issue with a picture of the issue.
